Proof of Insurance MUST be provided by your insurance company directly to Carriers@FreightNorth.com with the following information.
• Freight North Logistics is listed as both the certificate holder, as well as, additionally insured.
• Must include Cargo Liability coverage.
• Minimum $2,000,000 General Liability ($5,000,000 is preferred)
• Addressed to 8321 1 Street, NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T6P 1X2
1. No Double Brokering: The applicant carrier agrees not to engage in double brokering. If it is discovered that a load has been double-brokered, payment will be withheld.
2. Insurance and Registration: All power units assigned to the loads must be insured and registered to the applicant carrier.
3. No Third Party or Subsidiary Companies: The applicant carrier agrees not to utilize any third-party or subsidiary companies in fulfilling the terms of this agreement.
